Brady has been working super long hours including Saturday. Our next month could end up looking like this past week. I'm sure I'll be crafting a lot more in these next few weeks. It's the last month before a few of my friends come to see me! So excited!
Highlight of my week happened yesterday. A little foreshadowing really quick...Brady has this bad habit of misplacing his bank card. We bank with Navy Fed so we also get the pocket size card along with the regular size card. He has misplaced his normal size card twice now and even had to replace it once. It's not that big of a deal because we have access to our accounts just not to an atm or redbox due to the size difference. Eventually they turn up or he remembers where he's left it. Even less of a deal considering I still have my account and my normal size Navy Fed card... until I didn't. Every Wednesday we go to our community farmer's market. A handful of vendors come out and sell food, produce, meat, baked goods, Hawaiian made condiments, and even ice cream. This is my absolute favorite day of the week. (I'm sure I'll post about it one day) Not only do we get fresh, locally grown produce, we get a ton of it for cheap. In our normal Wednesday routine, we ride up to the mini NEX in our community, I go pull out cash, then we are on our way to the farmers market. I went to Walmart on Friday and I realized that my bank card wasn't in my wallet. Not too terribly alarming considering I have my baby card and other bank accounts but still where the heck did my card go? Search the truck, no luck. I had no pockets in my dress that day so that's a dead end as well. No where in the my purse or anywhere... Okay now I'm annoyed because it was Sunday and my favorite day is three days away and my card is still gone. We run up to the mini NEX to grab a few things and on a whim I ask the cashier if they have found my red card anywhere. Hallelujah some man found it in the parking lot and turned it in! Thank God for honest people. That man is rubbing off on me because I rarely lose anything. Just goes to show I had my head in the sky that day. Anyway, that's all I've got for today.
Enjoy your week, folks! <3
